Role

The Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist is fully responsible for owning and executing executive-level searches. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of an executive search, including creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer negotiation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for the company.
  • Create unique and robust search strategies to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through branding, events, sourcing, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain effective networks to improve transparency and attract top-quality prospects from the IT space.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership.
  • Manage and constantly ensure a healthy and fruitful pipeline volume and velocity, as well as data integrity.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience in a complex and competitive market.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Experience advising and influencing executive leadership.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong tactical execution.
  • Exposure to hiring in multiple markets in Europe, considering local specifics, is a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage executive partners and articulate complex arguments in a polished and professional manner.
  • Self-assurance and the ability to work on highly confidential searches with senior leadership.
