Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze performance data and make necessary adjustments to drive commercial success within the assigned store area.
• Allocate resources and organize processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Model excellent customer service and ensure customers receive an optimal service level.
• Supervise, coordinate, coach and motivate team members to maximize performance.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador and consistently demonstrate adidas Brand Attitude and Values.
• Use advanced category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Guide and train team members on foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising, in-store communication, stockroom organization and product replenishment standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries on the same day they arrive and execute loss prevention procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of store team members.
• Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment.
• Complete training programs and pursue coaching and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 12 months of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding.
• First supervisor experience.
• Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills.
• Advanced verbal communication skills.
