Primark is looking for a Store Manager for its Hastings store. The role leads a team, drives sales and delivers strong commercial results while creating a great customer and colleague experience.

• Take responsibility for the store and make decisions that deliver a great commercial return.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain a forward-thinking approach to deliver strategic goals.
• Provide vision and direction and act as a role model for the store team.
• Inspire team members to drive their development and support their training needs.
