Store Manager – Nike North Bronx

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager, referred to as a Head Coach, for the Nike Factory Store North Bronx in Bronx, New York. The Store Manager leads, coaches, and inspires the team to deliver excellent customer experiences while driving store growth and maintaining operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals.
• Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment with a culture of recognition and rewards.
• Drive store operational excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P&L statements, labor management, expenses, activations, and programs.
• Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Work with District Partners on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs.
• Represent NIKE products, services, brand, culture, community, and commitment to inclusive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Minimum four years of store management experience.
• Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

The annual base salary ranges from $107,000 to $160,500. Actual salary varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. This is a full-time role requiring 34–40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
