Your Impact

• Take full accountability for your store’s commercial success and brand excellence.
• Lead from the front by spending time on the sales floor inspiring, coaching, and driving performance.
• Use data and insights to challenge the status quo and fuel continuous improvement.
• Ensure legal, financial, and operational integrity.
• Champion adidas standards in visual merchandising, service, and storytelling.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while building a culture of high performance and trust.
• Ensure every team member and consumer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Collaborate across stores and regions to drive collective growth.
• Engage in continuous coaching and training.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ months’ experience in sports or fashion retail leadership, leading large, diverse teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to turn insight into action.
• Confident leadership with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Advanced English and comfort using MS Office and digital retail tools.
• Resilience, a solutions-driven approach, and passion for delivering results.
