Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment that provides a unique shopping experience.
• Build, lead and develop a diverse team while ensuring an excellent work atmosphere.
• Manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve consumer satisfaction.
• Support and implement NIKE’s strategy, including sustainability, membership and digital services.
• Provide insights for optimized store positioning in the local region.
• Ensure compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

What you bring

• Passion for NIKE and/or love of sport.
• Experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good written and spoken English.
• Experience and competency in exceptional consumer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
