Store Manager (Head Coach) – Nike Utrecht Overvecht

NIKE, Inc. is looking for a Store Manager (Head Coach) to bring Nike to life for consumers. The Head Coach is accountable for developing leaders and athletes, implementing Nike programs, delivering a premium consumer experience, and driving positive business results.

What you will do

• Create a welcoming environment and provide a unique shopping experience.
• Build, lead, and develop a diverse team while ensuring an excellent work atmosphere.
• Manage store budgets and operations to reach sales targets, optimize services, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support and implement Nike’s strategy, including sustainability, membership, and digital services.
• Provide insights to optimize the store’s positioning in the local region.
• Ensure compliance with Nike standards and guidelines.
• Cooperate with business partners across stores and headquarters.

What you bring

• A passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
• At least five years of store management experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience delivering a high level of customer service.
• Ability to build, lead with courage, and manage high-performing teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
