As a Nike Store Manager, you are the face of NIKE. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, helping customers make the best decisions for them while leading your team in delivering exceptional customer service.

You will train your team, implement NIKE Service Principles, represent the NIKE brand and culture, and create positive experiences for customers, communities, and colleagues. You will lead, coach, and inspire your team while using your retail expertise to drive store growth strategies and build community partnerships.

Minimum qualifications

  • Minimum of six years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
  • Minimum of four years of store management experience
  • Experience with retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Proven ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services
  • Lead your team and cultivate a store environment that achieves sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction, and profitability goals while maintaining safety and operational standards
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team environment with a culture of recognition and rewards
  • Drive operational excellence and execute brand initiatives, including P/L statements, labor management, expenses, activations, and programs
  • Lead store business results and critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people leadership
  • Work with District Partners on enterprise-wide initiatives and programs
