We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join our Uni Hill Factory Outlet in VIC on a full-time basis, covering both weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager by:
- Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service.
- Providing feedback on required store resources to achieve stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
- Representing the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Ensuring compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards in the store back of house.
- Proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
- Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Supporting the store management team in delivering outstanding consumer experiences while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Experience
Experience as a retail team leader in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear, and experience with stockroom procedures, will be highly regarded.
