We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join the Manawa Bay Factory Outlet in Auckland, New Zealand, on a full-time basis, including weekdays and weekend days.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service.
• Provide feedback on required store resources to meet stockroom operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
• Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards in the store back of house.
• Propose ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
• Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Support the store management team in providing consumers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

Desired experience

• Retail team leadership in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear.
• Stockroom procedures.
