We are seeking an experienced Stockroom Specialist to join the adidas Karrinyup Performance Concept Store in WA on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
- Support the store management team by providing feedback on resources required to meet stockroom operational needs and maintain a premium stockroom model.
- Represent adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the store back of house.
- Propose ideas and solutions to build a world-class retail experience.
- Help drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Support the store management team in providing an outstanding consumer experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Experience
Experience as a retail team leader in men's or women's apparel or sports footwear, and experience with stockroom procedures, will be highly regarded.
