Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with:
- Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations, including logistics, inventory management and stock-to-floor service, to provide a premium Concept Store experience.
- Providing feedback to the store management team about required resources to meet stockroom operational needs and deliver and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
- Representing adidas brand and company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Driving and ensuring compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store back of house.
- Proposing ideas and solutions to build a world-class Factory Outlet experience.
- Driving store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Supporting the store management team by providing consumers, corporate team and VIP customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.
Experience highly regarded
- Retail Team Leader experience in men’s or women’s apparel or sports footwear.
- Experience with stockroom procedures.
