- At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment.
- Knowledge of store KPIs and the ability to interpret them to drive sales.
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Your activities
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping and replenish sales floors within areas of responsibility.
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Collaborate with the team and support merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
- Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it on the shop floor.
