Who We Are Looking For
As a Stockroom Coach (Manager), you will be a key leader within the team. You will lead the store's back-of-house functions, working with the team to deliver logistical requirements and ensure the Sales team has a full range of product available to sell.
What You Will Work On
- Manage daily product restocking and stock maintenance.
- Ensure timely product turnaround from the back of house to the sales floor.
- Provide leadership to the Logistics team and ensure performance expectations are met.
- Deliver financial results by driving logistics processes that enable Sales targets to be achieved.
- Oversee workplace health and safety and ensure safe practices are followed at all times.
What You Bring to Nike
- Previous relevant logistics experience and good knowledge of warehousing systems.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to read and understand reports.
- A passion for the NIKE brand.
- A natural sense of urgency and an energetic demeanour.

The successful candidate will work a rotating roster and must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
