Your Impact
As a Stockroom Sales Consultant, you are essential to the success of the store, ensuring that stock is well-organized, quickly replenished, and available when customers need it. While your primary focus is on stockroom operations, you will also assist customers on the sales floor when needed.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping.
- Process incoming deliveries and replenish sales floors within your areas of responsibility.
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks.
- Connect with, engage, and inspire customers in alignment with adidas values.
- Collaborate with the team and support daily operations to achieve store goals.
- Complete applicable training and apply learning on the shop floor.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a sport or fashion customer- and commercially focused retail environment.
- Previous retail or stockroom operations experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain an easy-to-shop environment through visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Effective customer service and sales skills.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to help on the shop floor.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently.
