Job description
Within the Compliance Department, the Business Advisory team supports commercial business lines in launching new products and strategic development projects, including external growth operations such as M&A.
This internship provides the opportunity to discover the development initiatives of commercial asset-management businesses in a stimulating, demanding and educational environment. The team works closely with commercial business lines and the Strategy Department on transversal, strategic and regulatory topics.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in monitoring business initiatives using project-management methods, including maintaining the pipeline, updating monitoring sheets and preparing minutes when required.
- Conduct thematic regulatory research with the team’s experts on emerging topics and prepare summary memoranda.
- Help design communication and training materials for the team.
- Contribute to preparing committee materials and drafting minutes.
- Support the advisory team’s work on Amundi’s external-growth scope, particularly M&A-related topics.

Requirements
- Master’s student or final-year student in Finance, Compliance or Risk, from a business school or equivalent.
- Strong interest in regulatory issues and asset management or capital markets.
- Discretion, rigor, curiosity and adaptability.
- Analytical skills and strong writing and summarization abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate with varied stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneNote.
- Good written and spoken French and English.
Additional information
Starting date: 05/01/2027. Duration: 6 months. The company will pay an internship allowance if the internship lasts more than two consecutive months. Non-managerial position. Minimum education level: postgraduate degree or equivalent. Experience level: 0–2 years.
