You have confirmed experience in Depositary Banking and/or Banking Compliance. We are recruiting a Compliance Officer – Steering and Control within the Compliance – Client Compliance team.
Your team
Within the Financial Security department of Compliance, you will join the Steering, Project & Control team, supporting Financial Security and the prevention of fraud and corruption and ensuring implementation of the AML/CFT and International Sanctions framework.
Your responsibilities
- Review operational risk maps in connection with Group Financial Security.
- Review the Group Financial Security control plan at second level.
- Perform permanent second-level controls and monitor action plans.
- Monitor and implement audit recommendations.
- Participate in Group Financial Security projects.
- Develop and maintain the indicators needed to manage Group Financial Security.
- Produce AML/CFT and International Sanctions reports, including reports for Crédit Agricole S.A. and regulators where relevant.
Your department
The Compliance Department is an integral part of the CACEIS Group's internal control framework. It includes Group Financial Security, business compliance and ethics, the General Secretariat, international supervision and the Data Protection Officer.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
- Business or engineering school training.
- At least 3–6 years of professional experience in Depositary Banking and/or Banking Compliance, including experience in control functions.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, organization and ability to work across teams.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to support teams and share knowledge.
- Good command of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of data analysis or management tools such as SAS, Power BI, Python or SQL is a plus.
- Advanced English is required; a test is planned during the recruitment process.
Starting date: 01/12/2026. This is a non-executive management position.
