STAGE - OTC Derivatives Collateral Officer H/F

Within Banking Services, in the Securities Financing & Collateral Operations department, you will join the Collateral Management team, which covers counterparty risks for derivatives activities on behalf of clients across the CACEIS group.

Your main responsibility will be calculating, exchanging and monitoring margin calls related to OTC derivatives.

During your internship, you will support the teams with the following activities:

• Injecting and reconciling collateral calculations, cash and securities collateral balances, and valuations of OTC products provided by OTC Pricing in internal systems.
• Performing daily margin calls and monthly interest calculations with counterparties.
• Monitoring the settlement of cash and securities instructions and preparing end-of-day reporting for clients.
• Maintaining daily contact with relationship managers, accounting teams, custodians, internal and external teams, middle offices of asset management companies and counterparties.

Profile

• Master's student in market finance.
• Good knowledge of securities and financial instruments, with a particular interest in derivatives and collateral.
• Rigorous, organized and proactive.
• Proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Access.
• Fluent in French and English.
