In Primark, people are at the centre of every process. The People & Culture function is present in all our stores and supports the management of human resources in stores with at least 200 employees.
Working alongside the Store People & Culture Business Partner and the team, you will support:
- Administration: recording attendance, shift changes, sickness, holidays and payroll documents.
- Organisation: understanding scheduling principles, supporting managers with rota creation based on commercial needs and organising holiday plans.
- Recruitment: publishing vacancies, screening CVs and interviewing candidates for sales assistant roles.
- Training: onboarding new colleagues, induction processes and development plans.
- Safety: organising mandatory training, reporting, personal protective equipment and emergency plans.

Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law or Humanities, or a Master's degree in Management or Human Resources.
- Energy, positivity, dynamism and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Full-time availability for 40 hours per week from Monday to Saturday, across five working days.
