In Primark, people are at the centre of all processes. The Human Resources function, called People & Culture, is present in all our stores. This is an opportunity to begin a career in HR within a dynamic, international and constantly expanding business. You will learn about and support the HR processes of a store with at least 200 employees, working alongside the Store People & Culture Business Partner and the team.
Responsibilities
- Administration: entering attendance records, shift changes, sickness and holidays, and managing payslips.
- Organisation: understanding the principles behind scheduling, supporting Managers in creating schedules based on commercial needs, and organising holiday plans.
- Recruitment: publishing job advertisements, screening CVs and conducting interviews to select sales assistants for the store.
- Training: supporting the training pathway for new colleagues, the induction process and development plans.
- Safety: organising mandatory training for store staff, reporting, personal protective equipment and emergency plans.

Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law or Humanities, or a Master's degree in Management or Human Resources.
- Energy, positivity, dynamism and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, five working days.
- Availability to work shifts from Monday to Sunday.
