About Fund Channel
Fund Channel is a regulated B2B fund distribution platform created in 2005 and jointly owned by Amundi and Caceis. Based in Luxembourg, it provides services to facilitate fund distribution, strengthen transparency and improve processes across Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities
The Fund Manager Operations team manages rebates on behalf of asset manager clients, including calculation, reconciliation and invoicing follow-up for rebates due to distributors.
- Produce monthly and quarterly rebate calculations for distributors within agreed deadlines.
- Reconcile assets under management based on distributor statements.
- Review and set up rebate conditions and distributor networks in the in-house system, in line with distribution agreements.
- Verify rebate calculations and payments, ensuring compliance with established procedures and internal controls.
- Investigate and follow up on distributor queries relating to calculations, agreements and payments.
- Prepare reports for asset managers, including monthly accruals, accounting payment interfaces and ad hoc reporting tailored to their needs.
Requirements
- An internship agreement provided by the school or university is mandatory.
- Minimum level of study: 1-year Master's (M1).
- University or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong team and client relationships through a business-oriented mindset.
- Results-oriented, proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle complexity and competing priorities.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. VBA or Python skills are a plus.
