Job description
CACEIS offers an internship as a Client Relationship Manager within the Business Development department.
Your department
The Business Development department performs commercial functions, including preparing meetings with clients and prospects and presenting CACEIS products and services. Its objective is to develop new clients while maintaining the satisfaction of existing clients.
Your team
The team consists of two Business Development Managers and three Customer Relationship Managers, responsible for business development and service-quality monitoring.
Your missions
- Participate in the team's commercial activities, including client and product outreach.
- Arrange meetings and prepare agendas.
- Help lead meetings and develop action plans.
- Track commercial results and adjust objectives.
- Monitor KYC documentation and account-condition controls.
- Analyse contractual clauses.
- Write operating procedures.
- Perform other duties aligned with your skills, service priorities and CACEIS's risk level.

Requirements
- Currently studying for a Master's degree specialising in Finance or Commerce.
- 0–2 years of experience.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VBA macros.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
