Job description
Within the Institutional Real Estate Services Department, you will join the Property Management Development team in Montrouge. The team defines the commercial strategy for the Property Management business and coordinates responses to requests from institutional investor clients of CA Immobilier Property Management.
Reporting to the Development Director, your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the production of commercial offers for target and investor clients, across all real estate asset classes, including offices and large complexes, retail, logistics, residential and alternative assets.
- Calculating offer prices with the Development Director according to client needs and the complexity of their assets.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of offer marketing, including creating new templates, developing a reference book by area of expertise and updating team CVs.
- Assisting the Development Director with reporting for the Property Management Department and potentially General Management, including monitoring key indicators, competitive intelligence and prospecting sheets by client or key asset.
- Working closely with the Communication teams on participation in real estate trade shows, including SIMI, MIPIM and SIEC, as well as external events organised by the Development team.
This list is not exhaustive. Depending on the candidate’s training and professional and interpersonal skills, the Development Director may also assign other tasks, such as participating in contracting activities and client pitches.
Profile
Business school student in a Grande École Programme or equivalent university training. An initial internship or work-study experience in real estate and/or a commercial role would be beneficial.
