Job description

Within the Customer and Development division and the Market Development department, you will join the Youth Market department, which works closely with the various entities of the Crédit Agricole Group.

The department's main missions are to develop the marketing strategy for attracting and retaining young customers aged 0–30, lead complex and innovative projects related to this strategy involving regional banks and subsidiaries, coordinate regional banks, and monitor competition in this market.

The Youth Market department consists of six people. Working closely with the department's project managers, you will contribute to projects initiated as part of the strategy defined for the Youth Market.

Main responsibilities

  • Monitor competing offers and market practices aimed at young customers aged 0–30.
  • Work with the department's project managers to help develop marketing projects for young customers within the defined strategy.
  • Contribute, for example, to financial and budget education initiatives designed to support young customers.
  • Coordinate regional-bank marketing project managers working on the youth customer segment.

These responsibilities will involve frequent interaction with team members and contacts in the regional banks.

Profile

Master's degree level (M1) with a specialization in banking, finance or marketing. Suitable experience level: 0–2 years.

Required skills include knowledge of and openness to the youth ecosystem, including digital practices, social media, schools and influencers; project management; marketing and/or digital knowledge; strong writing and synthesis skills; and proficiency with office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

General skills include interpersonal abilities, listening, initiative, teamwork and autonomy.
