Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization

Optimize and execute integrated purchasing, global supply planning and PO management activities. Ensure performance achieves availability target OTIF (On Time In Full) and OTA (On Time Allocation) and respects market SLAs. Optimize usage of factory capacity in line with market requirements and supplier capabilities to service global demand. Work across functions to solve planning and purchasing-related issues, identify risks and opportunities, and mitigate potential delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support availability and risk-mitigating actions via PO management.
  • Communicate with relevant Liaison Offices (LOs) to ensure optimized use of capacity, understand supply constraints and delivery performance development, and ensure risk mitigation plans are in place.
  • Own processes, including documentation, testing and enhancement of a specific business process.
  • Support implementation of projects within the area of responsibility and contribute to system and process improvements, aligning and prioritizing cross-divisionally and cross-brand where possible to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform daily activities in ticketing tools to ensure market and factory support and that order management actions are taken.
  • Maintain good relationships with key stakeholders and the global functional team.
  • Handle escalations by supporting the resolution of complaints and issues as needed.
  • Identify and assess problems and provide potential solutions.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems and tools, and perform quality checks on team output.
  • Perform or ensure day-to-day and period-end processing responsibilities are completed in accordance with internal standards.

Liaison Offices (LOs), Market SCM, Planning Services & BPM, and GPS.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, planning or information systems.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in supply chain management within operations or planning, preferably in the accessories, apparel or footwear industries.
