Key responsibilities
- Perform general administration within the HR Services team for defined processes, tools, and programmes at European and partially global level.
- Act as a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding HR Services issues.
- Handle standard inquiries and provide support through ticket service or by phone when required.
- Execute assigned tasks and issues in a timely manner according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels, in compliance with tariff and works agreements.
- Support and administer digitalisation within HR Services.
- Administer procurement, invoicing, financial processes, and reporting, including recharging where required.
- Support the preparation of data and system audits and execute them accordingly.
- Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics according to the process and knowledge database.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes, systems, and documentation.
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations regarding employee master data and organisational data.
- Suggest modifications to systems and processes to ensure correct execution and compliance with company policies.
- Provide input for user manuals, process mappings, and communications concerning standards, procedures, and processes.
- Participate regularly in workshops and meetings held by subject matter experts within HR Services.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Good affinity with and experience using business computing solutions, ideally SAP HR.
- Very good analytical skills and a detail-oriented work style.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong customer focus and service-minded approach.
- International mindset and initial experience working in a geographically and culturally diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and complete tasks according to importance.
- Good understanding of legal and tariff regulations.
Minimum qualifications
- University degree or commercial education.
- Three or more years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
- Very good command of English and German.
- Experience with business computing solutions, ideally SAP HR.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Fully qualified or trained in the job, with deep knowledge of an HR shared-services setup.
