Within HR Services, this role supports excellent service delivery and business competence across HR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administration within the HR Services team for processes, tools, and programs including Hired to Retire, social security, filing, document management, leaves and absences, benefits administration, and some payroll activities.
- Act as a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding HR Services processes and challenges.
- Maintain systems through SAP, SuccessFactors, and other relevant HR systems.
- Perform reports and manage employee system requests.
- Handle standard inquiries and provide support through ticket service, phone, and email.
- Execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels.
- Support digitalization within HR Services.
- Identify improvement potential and administer the implementation of improvements.
- Support the preparation of data and system audits and execute audit activities.
- Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics according to process and knowledge databases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes, systems, and documentation.
- Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations relating to employee master data and organizational data.
- Suggest system and process modifications to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide input for user manuals, process mappings, and communications regarding standards, procedures, and processes.
- Participate in workshops and meetings held by HR Services subject matter experts.
Key Relationships
HR Services and Payroll teams; HR Business Partners and Expert Teams including Rewards and Talent Acquisition; external authorities, consultants, and suppliers; and cross-functional partners including Local Finance, GBS, Legal, and Internal Controls.
Required Education and Experience
- University degree or commercial education.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
- Affinity with and experience in HR and business computing solutions, with SAP HR and SAP OM knowledge.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good analytical skills and a detail-oriented work style.
- Team-player mentality and strong customer focus.
- International mindset and experience working in a geographically and culturally diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Very good command of English at B2 level.
