Specialist GBS AR Retail & Wholesale

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks in AR Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce for larger markets.
• Check and review tasks handled by junior members, including cash application and master data changes.
• Perform sales versus collection reconciliation for key customers, landlords, and online stores.
• Prepare and analyze reports, including AR deduction, eCommerce reconciliation, and Retail aging and collection analysis reports.
• Perform and review month-end closing tasks.
• Handle ad hoc requests and coordinate with others.
• Perform, coordinate, and review audit tasks.
• Create and maintain desktop procedures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle internal and external customer queries on complex cases.
• Prepare training materials and deliver training for specific cases.
• Manage group email and ticket allocation and handling.
• Identify problems and raise them with the Supervisor.
• Support team leads on project delivery, including efficiency improvements and retail system upgrades.
• Raise and implement smart work ideas.

Education and Experience

• University degree or equivalent education required.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Accounting.
