About the role
As the S&OP Co-ordinator, you’ll own and facilitate the execution of the end-to-end sales and operations planning process, ensuring it is aligned with the global HEINEKEN standard.
You’ll oversee decisions made by key stakeholders across multiple functional areas, ensuring they are handled in a coordinated, timely and high-quality way. This role is key to driving a roadmap towards an autonomous S&OP process with all functions involved.
Key accountabilities
- Track, report and manage stock that could potentially cause stock issues, protecting availability of On- and Off-Trade packs while maintaining an efficient cost base.
- Own write-off deployments and write-off risk management.
- Support the S&OP Planning team with a smoothly orchestrated S&OP process focused on operational demand and supply alignment.
- Lead synchronisation to European templates.
- Standardise all S&OP slide decks and make completion seamless for stakeholders submitting inputs.
- Facilitate decision-making by preparing for and participating in S&OP Demand, Supply and Alignment meetings, involving relevant decision-makers and functional perspectives.
What we’re looking for
- High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
- 3+ years’ experience in Commerce or Supply Chain planning roles involving complex SKU portfolio operations in an FMCG environment.
- Broad understanding of the S&OP process.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to combine a variety of data sources.
Ways of working
HEINEKEN UK office sites operate a hybrid model. You’ll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office, and two days working from home.
