Job Summary

• Architecture Leadership: Design scalable SAP MM solutions including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, MRP, and Valuation across S/4HANA 2023+.
• Blueprint & Realization: Lead MM fit-gap analysis, business process mapping, and configuration for global templates with 2E/4E migration expertise.
• Integration Mastery: Architect MM interfaces with SD (Order-to-Cash), PP (MRP/Production), FI/CO (Costing), and EWM/TM via CDS views and OData services.
• Technical Excellence: Guide ABAP enhancements, Fiori app development, BRF+ rules, and SAC analytics for MM KPIs such as PO cycle time and inventory turns.
• Implementation Oversight: Manage 3–5 concurrent MM workstreams, cutover planning, hyper care, and post-go-live optimization.
• Innovation Driver: Implement SAP Ariba/IBP integration, AI-driven forecasting, and embedded analytics for strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in SAP implementation and consulting, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP MM.
• 3+ years in a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Consultant role managing enterprise-level implementations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP MM implementations across multiple industries; automotive, manufacturing, retail, pharma, or FMCG experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM configuration, including Purchase-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning processes.

Technical Knowledge

• Deep expertise in SAP MM functionality, including Purchasing, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement workflows.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with SD, PP, FI/CO, and QM.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications, OData services, and user interface customizations.
• Knowledge of data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, BW/4HANA, or third-party ETL tools.
• Understanding of ABAP basics, including user exits, BADIs, and enhancements, and experience collaborating with development teams.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture, security, and cloud deployment options.

Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Materials Management is highly preferred.
• SAP Certified Solution Architect – SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
• Additional SAP certifications in related modules are advantageous.
