About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Architect to support an IT project for a client in the railway industry. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and overseeing the solution architecture, supporting system integration initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain and oversee the overall solution architecture
  • Define and document business, application, data and technical architecture
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams
  • Model and document business processes and test scenarios
  • Support system integration initiatives and recommend appropriate technology solutions
  • Ensure architectural consistency across the solution landscape
  • Use Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jira and Azure DevOps to support project delivery and collaboration

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Solution Architect role or in a similar IT architecture role
  • Strong knowledge of technologies and high-availability mechanisms implemented in VMware vSphere, Microsoft Server, SQL Server, .NET 10+, Flutter, Angular and Android OS environments
  • Good understanding of modern frontend, backend, UI/UX and database frameworks used for software development and IT systems integration
  • Experience in business process modeling and documentation, including test scenario preparation
  • Experience in documenting business, data, application and technical architecture
  • Practical knowledge of UML 2.5.1, ArchiMate 3.1 and BPMN 2.0
  • Experience working with Sparx Enterprise Architect, Jira and Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of mobile application publishing processes for Flutter applications in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

Work Model

  • B2B contract
  • 100% remote from Poland
  • Preferred availability: immediate or within 2 weeks
  • Allocation: 0.3–0.5 FTE
