Architecture Design and Management

Lead the core architecture design of the vehicle-on-board SOA platform, including service layering, interface specifications, communication protocols such as SOME/IP, DDS, and MQTT, and service governance frameworks.
Design cross-domain service-oriented solutions spanning Body, Powertrain, Intelligent Cockpit, Autonomous Driving, and other areas to achieve hardware abstraction and software decoupling.
Establish and maintain SOA design principles, standards, and best practices across internal teams and external suppliers.

Technology Implementation and Deployment

Manage API releases to ensure APIs are well abstracted, backward compatible, and easy to use.
Coordinate cross-domain function interactions and guide function owners to align system design with SOA architectural guidelines.
Drive SOA adoption in mass-production programs, coordinating software-hardware integration, test validation, and performance optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Advocacy

Collaborate with global R&D centers, product teams, and suppliers to deploy SOA solutions across multiple vehicle platforms.
Organize technical training sessions and workshops to improve team capabilities in SOA architecture.
Engage with industry standard organizations such as AUTOSAR and SOAFEE and incorporate external best practices.

SOA Strategy and Planning

Develop an enterprise-wide SOA implementation roadmap aligned with the company’s technology vision and business objectives.
Analyze emerging automotive SOA trends and propose architectural solutions supporting the long-term evolution of Software-Defined Vehicles.
Promote SOA adoption and implementation across business teams.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance

Identify technical risks including real-time performance, security, and reliability, and develop mitigation measures.
Lead architecture reviews to ensure compliance with functional safety ISO 26262 and cybersecurity ISO 21434 requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, computer science, automation, mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronics, software, or a related field.
Around 10 years of experience in automotive electronics or software architecture, including at least 3 years focused on SOA or distributed-system architecture design.
Hands-on experience delivering SOA solutions on mass-production vehicle programs.
Familiarity with automotive development processes such as the V-model and ASPICE.
Experience with cross-domain integrated architectures, communication-system design, middleware functionality and performance improvement, and cross-domain troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of SOA concepts, in-vehicle communication, communication protocols, scheduling mechanisms, AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform, and Classic AUTOSAR Platform.
Excellent English and Chinese communication skills and strong technical leadership capabilities.
Familiarity with agile work processes.
