Senior Security Architect

Purpose

In Security Architecture & Transformation, we enable the business to deliver value to consumers securely by providing clear security directions, guardrails, and expert design authority. We ensure that technical solutions and digital assets comply with relevant security standards and requirements.

Key accountabilities

• Lead a team of Security Architects.
• Establish target-state architectures across areas such as cloud, identity, network, and application security.
• Align security architecture with business priorities and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks, including Zero Trust and cloud-native security.
• Lead architecture review boards for new systems and major changes.
• Define and enforce security design standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Ensure consistency across regions, business units, and platforms.
• Develop and communicate corporate information security policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Provide authoritative security control guidance in collaboration with legal, technical, and other experts.
• Monitor emerging technologies, assess threats and opportunities, and produce reports and technology roadmaps.
• Conduct and contribute to research activities, including data collection, reporting, publication, and presentation of findings.

What we are looking for

• College or university degree focused on IT, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of IT experience, including five years of exposure to the relevant area.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficient English.
• Deep experience in at least one of cloud security, identity and access management, application and API security, network security architecture, or data and AI security architecture.
• Strong understanding of threat modelling, secure SDLC practices, or modern architectures such as microservices, containers, and serverless.
• Proactivity, teamwork, continuous learning, adaptability, and a hands-on problem-solving approach.
