Senior SAP R2R Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP R2R Consultant to support SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes and drive Finance process excellence across global organisations. As a key member of the SAP delivery team, you will design and implement end-to-end Record-to-Report solutions and collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams from solution design through go-live and hypercare support.

Key Responsibilities

SAP R2R Solution Delivery

• Lead the Record-to-Report workstream in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Design and implement SAP Best Practice Finance processes.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard workshops and business process design sessions.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Clean Core principles.
• Drive Finance process transformation and optimisation initiatives.

Cross-Functional Integration

• Collaborate with Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain and Analytics teams.
• Support end-to-end process integration design.
• Work closely with Data Migration, SAP Fiori and Security teams.
• Support integration with external applications and third-party solutions.

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Validate solution quality and resolve process-related issues.
• Support cutover planning and deployment activities.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of SAP project experience.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud or Private Edition projects.
• Participation in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation as a Lead or Senior Consultant.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP Best Practices.
• Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles.
• Deep knowledge of Record-to-Report business processes.
• Experience working in international project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.

• Financial Closing and SAP Group Reporting
• SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Best Practices

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
• Experience in large-scale Finance transformation programmes.
• Experience with organisational change management activities.
• Exposure to Treasury, Group Reporting or Central Finance solutions.
