Job description
- Identify new distribution partners and strategically build and expand the customer network.
- Provide comprehensive support to existing key accounts, particularly asset managers, family offices, banks, and insurers.
- Design, implement, and take responsibility for sales strategies, deriving concrete measures from them.
- Independently create pitch presentations.
- Represent Amundi at roadshows and trade fairs and establish valuable contacts.
- Monitor the market and competition and derive impulses for sales optimization and product policy.
- Manage projects implementing tools and services with international teams in Paris and other locations.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business studies, or equivalent commercial training.
- Broad industry overview and very good knowledge of asset management and its products.
- Several years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in product or portfolio management is desirable.
- Excellent acquisition and negotiation skills with strong closing ability.
- Structured, efficient, independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style.
- Confident, articulate, and solution-oriented approach to customers.
- Strong customer and results orientation, with excellent communication skills, particularly with distribution partners’ due diligence teams.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
- Willingness to take on special assignments and pursue regular professional development.
