The role of the Senior RFP Writer is to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due diligence requests and ad hoc requests within the sales process. This involves collating information from across the firm and the RFP database, Responsive, and accurately presenting relevant investment processes and firm information for Amundi.

As a member of the Global RFP Team, the role will be a key point of access to the local investment team in London and to other strategies and products managed in Europe.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs and DDQs from prospective and current clients across the global distribution platform in a timely manner and in compliance with Amundi standards.
  • Work closely with global sales teams, investment teams and other internal teams to compile compelling documents that advance the sales process.
  • Use data systems and the RFP platform to create strong, accurate drafts.
  • Ensure documents are high quality, readable and compliant with RFP specifications.
  • Manage the full RFP process, including follow-up questions from clients and sales teams.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in grammar, spelling and punctuation, and format text, pictures and graphics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinate RFP responses to accurately and favourably present the organisation's investment products and services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of investment products and applicable content and data resources.
  • Ensure the RFP Content team is regularly updated with new content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or Economics.
  • 5–7 years of previous RFP experience in asset management.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Familiarity with the asset management industry or financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with a high sense of urgency.
  • Drive to continually learn and develop knowledge.
  • Ability to work autonomously and responsibly as part of a remotely managed team.
