The Digital Assets Department is responsible for deploying CACEIS's digital asset offering and contributing to Crédit Agricole Group initiatives in this area. Within the General Secretariat & Controls division, the Senior Project Lead is responsible for the following activities.

Governance and IT risk

  • Prepare internal committees and monitor action plans relating to IT and information security risks with the Digital Assets IT, ISSR and Risk teams.
  • Maintain governance documents, policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and coordinate presentations and documents for internal governance bodies and General Management.
  • Coordinate projects and manage cross-functional projects with IT and ISSR.
  • Participate in projects within the Digital Assets business line.
  • Manage relationships with the IT Department and ISSR for IT and information security projects.
  • Establish prevention and monitoring processes for cyber and IT risks specific to Digital Assets.

Controls

  • Define and support Digital Assets teams in implementing first-level controls and detection systems.
  • Perform first-level second-degree controls.
  • Assess control results and issue recommendations when results are unsatisfactory.
  • Report control results through reports or minutes with an assessment indicator.
  • Ensure proper coordination of control functions and risk coverage.

Risk mapping and indicators

  • Develop and update IT risk maps relating to Digital Assets activities, in coordination with IT and ISSR teams, ensuring that risk processes are covered by first- and second-level controls.
  • Define risk monitoring indicators with Digital Assets, Risk, IT and ISSR teams.
  • Coordinate production, consolidate and analyse indicators by risk category.

IT incidents and crisis management

  • Declare and analyse IT incidents relating to the Digital Assets business line.
  • Define action plans with Digital Assets teams and monitor resolution through incident closure.
  • Alert Digital Assets management and the Risk Department about significant incidents and prepare related analysis notes.
  • Establish a crisis management framework within Digital Assets in collaboration with ISSR teams.

Additional responsibilities

  • Monitor critical and important outsourcing arrangements and first-level compliance with DORA.
  • Coordinate audits within Digital Assets and track recommendations with IT and ISSR teams.
  • Define and coordinate awareness, knowledge management and communication initiatives.
  • Contribute to training and knowledge management within Digital Assets.
  • Coordinate participation in industry groups and internal and external events.
  • Represent the Digital Assets business line at industry bodies, working groups and internal or external events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree (MA, MSc, PhD, Doctorate or equivalent).
  • Training or specialization in Finance.
  • Experience in banking or consulting, audit or IT risk management.
  • 6–10 years of minimum experience.
  • Knowledge of IT and cyber risks specific to digital assets.
  • Technical knowledge of digital asset activities, including blockchain, smart contracts, key management and staking.
  • Knowledge of DORA regulations and asset servicing.
  • Ability to communicate with General Management, the Board, auditors and supervisors.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, integrity, curiosity, independence, commitment and rigor.
  • Fluent English required.
