Who You’ll Work With

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Planning, the Senior Planner partners cross-functionally with Business Planning, Supply & Inventory Management, Sport Marketplace Directors, Merchandising, Sales & Marketplace Supply Chain Operations to deliver a clear, thoughtful, data-driven demand plan and business decisions. You will collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners to inform pre-season and in-season risks and opportunities and drive a rolling demand plan forecast for assigned sports in Canada.

Who We Are Looking For

NIKE is seeking an analytical and collaborative Senior Planner to support the Canadian wholesale business. This role delivers a style-by-colour-level country demand plan for assigned sports that directly impacts financial targets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or a related planning field, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in demand planning, buying, financial planning, or inventory management.
  • Experience with SAP AFS/APO, Cognos, Tableau, and knowledge of O9 Assortment Planning Solutions preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Ability to present complex information and recommendations concisely to varied audiences.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in demand planning and retail or inventory planning.
  • Experience in a vertical or wholesale organization preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

What You’ll Work On

You will provide a country style-by-colour-level demand plan based on assigned sports, using data analytics and cross-functional input to support demand forecasting and inventory investment for pre-season and in-season. You will understand product, marketplace, retail data, and marketing strategies to capture risks and opportunities in stock and sales plans.

You will work with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue, margin, and inventory targets through improved forecast accuracy. You will forecast demand-planning metrics through seasonless ladder plans for key franchises and classifications, gather marketplace insights and forecasts, and align with organizational strategies.

The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from 81K to 122K. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, and experience.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Nike Canada Downtown Toronto headquarters: Mondays through Thursdays on-site and Fridays remotely.
