Purpose
Implement the correct inbound flow from vendors and central distribution warehouses to ensure availability of demanded products across markets while meeting group OTIF targets and improving inbound cost efficiency.
The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for creating on-time availability for customers by coordinating supply and demand, maintaining appropriate market stock levels, and implementing strategies to reduce stock turns across adidas Turkey. The role supports commercial, financial, and operational objectives through end-to-end supply chain integration and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the S&OP calendar and process in Turkey.
- Ensure on-time loading and delivery of ex-factory products while considering cost efficiency.
- Prepare weekly rolling summary reports for the SCM Director.
- Develop and apply solutions to accelerate delayed deliveries based on product priority and cost.
- Coordinate foreign trade activities accurately, on time, and cost-effectively.
- Own day-to-day product availability and fulfillment, including shipments from the warehouse according to sales order dates.
- Match and ensure OTIF execution of customer deliveries against commercial requirements and priorities.
- Lead meetings to identify critical supply chain constraints and determine corrective actions.
- Decide with Markets, Retail, and Clearance Management how to steer orderbook deliveries and achieve month-end targets by controlling inventory in a shared inventory pool.
- Design and implement tactical solutions that improve availability while reducing inventory and cost.
- Represent orderbook management requirements in area and market projects and lead initiatives to improve OTIF and inventory efficiency across the adidas Group.
- Review country-level processes, implement agreed improvements, create reports, analyze data, and present results to management.
- Lead cross-functional SCM projects, including SAP implementation and change management.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in finance, business, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, operations, or a related area.
- Seven to eight years of experience in a supply chain environment.
- At least four years of management experience.
- Fluent English, both oral and written.
- Deep understanding and management experience in operational supply chain processes, business requirements, and capabilities.
- Strong SAP expertise.
- High self-motivation and self-management.
- Strong analytical, planning, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Operations and commercial mindset with initiative and results orientation.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
