Within the growing compliance, ethics and risk consulting team, the Senior Manager Compliance will play a key role in leading high-visibility assignments, structuring the compliance practice and developing consulting offerings.
Responsibilities
- Lead compliance, ethics and risk consulting engagements, including scoping, work structuring, team management, budget monitoring and client relationships.
- Contribute to the definition and deployment of compliance frameworks covering governance, processes, controls and awareness in varied regulatory contexts, including anti-corruption, duty of vigilance, financial compliance and data protection.
- Coordinate compliance activities, facilitate the community and support internal and external clients.
- Act as a subject-matter reference and leader through coaching, deliverable supervision and promotion of ethical and compliance cultures.
- Support offering development and business development through opportunity identification, tender responses, value propositions, events, publications and speaking engagements.
- Help develop consultants through training, mentoring, feedback and creation of methodologies and internal tools.
Profile
- Confirmed experience in compliance, ethics, risk and/or internal control, ideally in consulting or a large organization.
- Ability to work in complex, highly exposed managerial and strategic contexts involving transformation and governance.
- Strong leadership, autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to engage teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with senior executives, management committees, business functions, support functions and clients.
- Curiosity, critical thinking and commitment to ethics, compliance, social responsibility and sustainability.
- Sufficient written and spoken English to work in an international context.
