As Senior Manager, Athlete Development, Running (Grade 45), you will lead the strategy and execution of athlete development plans across Nike’s EMEA Sports Marketing portfolio for Running.
What You’ll Work On
- Develop holistic athlete plans and roadmaps for key EMEA Running athletes by partnering across the organization.
- Gather athlete insights to shape and elevate athlete experiences and services that strengthen athlete relationships.
- Drive athlete performance services through the London NSRL.
- Create meaningful product experiences that deepen athletes’ connection to Nike.
- Build and execute seasonal plans connecting Running athletes to the seasonal concept map.
- Contribute to the development of the EMEA athlete tiering framework and support city teams in rolling out local plans for next-generation or strategic bets.
- Lead seasonal athlete seeding plans and servicing priorities.
- Brief athlete styling and gifting strategies with the athlete services team for relevant sport and cultural moments.
- Build strong partnerships with Sports Marketing Representatives to deepen athlete understanding, key sport moments and insights.
- Manage the athlete development budget for Running and investment decisions.
- Drive operational excellence across athlete processes and tools.

You will partner closely with Sports Marketing Representatives Running, EMEA Athlete Development & Services leads and key cross-functional stakeholders within Running to create premium athlete roadmaps and services that strengthen athlete relationships and help athletes reach their full potential. The role reports to the EMEA Senior Director, Athlete Development & Services.
