Senior Legal Manager (Distribution & Products) M/F

Amundi is seeking a Senior Legal Manager (Distribution & Products) to join its Asset Management team in Dublin, Ireland.

This role involves legal and regulatory issues affecting the global distribution of UCITS and other collective investment vehicle structures, product legal services for European collective investment undertakings, and the review and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Common or Civil law training as a solicitor, barrister or lawyer, with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in global financial services or asset management.
• International experience with legal and regulatory issues affecting the global distribution of UCITS and other collective investment vehicle structures.
• Experience providing product legal services for European collective investment undertakings.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements in a busy in-house legal team is an advantage.
• Experience successfully leading and managing a team.
• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in French, Spanish or Italian is desirable.

This is a management position. Amundi is a European asset manager and a subsidiary of the Crédit Agricole group.
