Your role
- Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges and identify and document business and technical requirements.
- Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders and IT development teams.
- Use strong communication and stakeholder management skills during requirements elicitation, scope management, and solution proposition.
- Create designs and formulate models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Support the testing phase by providing use cases.
- Identify data model impacts and document them for development purposes; experience with basic SQL functions is required.
- Identify and document integration needs with other IT systems.
- Use APIs and perform interface testing, including with Postman.
- Experience with client benefits platforms, retail, card management systems, or payments is a plus.
- Dedicated IT business analyst training is a plus.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Six or more years of experience in a business analyst or systems-oriented role.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and enterprise systems.
- At least five years of experience in a similar IT business analyst, technical analyst, or systems analyst role.
- Basic SQL knowledge, including view and select functions.
- Experience with APIs and Postman.
