Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with French to join Sopra Steria Polska and work with one of our French clients. This position is available to people located in Poland who are willing to commute to the Katowice office.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure and maintain Maestro connectors and workflows for infrastructure automation.
- Provide operational support for the TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic) platform, including Level 1 support, agent management and TOC-related activities.
- Implement and maintain server infrastructure automation solutions.
- Support users with technical issues related to automation and infrastructure services.
- Analyze recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Create, maintain and update operational documentation and technical procedures.
- Ensure the reliability of automation tools and infrastructure platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure operations and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
Must-have requirements:
- Senior-level experience in infrastructure automation and support.
- Hands-on experience with Maestro connectors and workflows.
- Experience with TrueSight Server Automation (BMC BladeLogic), including N1 support, agents and TOC.
- Knowledge of server infrastructure automation.
- Experience in user support and continuous improvement.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to create and maintain operational documentation.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Very good French and English skills, at least B2 level.
- Willingness to travel abroad occasionally and visit the Katowice office regularly.
Nice-to-have requirements:
- TrueSight or equivalent certification.
- Linux LPIC-2 certification.
- Experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
