Senior FullStack Engineer (.Net / node.js)

About the Role

Join a cross-functional Scrum team focused on building Client's next-generation embedded payroll platform. You'll work closely with Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and Team Leads within a collaborative Agile environment.

Team Structure

• Immediate team: 7–8 Software Engineers
• 3–4 QA Engineers
• 2–3 Business Analysts
• 1 Team Lead
• Wider organization: collaboration with 2 additional Scrum teams of similar size

Must-Have Skills

• Strong commercial experience with C#
• Experience with Node.js
• Hands-on experience with DocumentDB (DocDB)
• Experience working with Amazon Aurora DB
• Proficiency with GitHub
• Experience using Azure DevOps
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll, fintech, or embedded services/products
• Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Exposure to cloud-based architectures and microservices
