Who You’ll Work With
This position is in Jakarta, Indonesia. You’ll work closely with Indonesia manufacturing partner business teams and Nike cross-functional teams in WHQ and Asia, including Global Sourcing, Global Supply Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Material, Product Development, and Logistics teams.
You’ll work alongside other DCAs in the Indonesia office and other Asia locations to carry out seasonal global supply and capacity plans. You will report to the Delivery & Capacity Manager in Indonesia in support of partners’ delivery excellence and broader organizational priorities.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery & Capacity Analyst who is a proactive problem solver, able to deal with ambiguity, communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders, work cross-functionally, and influence across different cultures. Knowledge of manufacturing operations and production planning is preferred.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
- 5+ years of work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and resolving conflict through effective interfacing and partnership development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and generate solutions.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and urgency.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and database query tools such as Tableau, Access, and Power BI.
- Strong accountability, resourcefulness, drive, communication, influencing, and storytelling skills.
What You’ll Work On
- Drive execution of Nike’s supply plans across assigned manufacturing partners to support optimized and on-time delivery.
- Analyze capacity utilization, sourcing plans, and supply plans to identify risks and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and factory partners to proactively resolve supply and delivery challenges before or during purchase order execution.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on delivery and performance gaps and recommend improvement actions.
- Monitor and review factory output and on-time delivery performance against business objectives.
- Support supply chain projects and strategic initiatives that improve agility, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Leverage Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Access to generate insights and support informed decision-making.
