Working as Senior Data AI Engineer at Atos
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact Data & AI solutions for international clients. As a senior professional, you will take ownership of complex, end-to-end projects, act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, and guide organizations through their digital transformation journey.
You will lead project teams, design architectures, and define strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will have the autonomy to drive innovation, influence best practices, and mentor less experienced colleagues, helping to build the next generation of Data & AI talent.
Generative AI, real-time streams, and increasingly capable LLMs are reshaping how businesses engage with customers. You will transform these breakthroughs into scalable, production-grade solutions, provide thought leadership, and ensure technical excellence. You may lead the development of a conversational LLM chatbot for a major telecom provider or design AI-driven platforms in finance, retail, or manufacturing.
You will work with technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, or on-premises AI stacks, while collaborating with architects, consultants, and engineers.
Skills, capabilities, and experience
- 5+ years of experience delivering Data & AI solutions, with proven success leading technical teams and projects
- Expertise in Python and strong experience with one or more cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience architecting and deploying scalable AI solutions, with familiarity with LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Ability to coach and mentor junior and medior colleagues
- Flexibility to travel to clients when needed, balanced by hybrid working options
