(Senior) Consultant / Business Analyst - Product Development (M/F/D)

Job description

As a Business Analyst, you understand incoming requirements and evaluate them against the existing product platform. You translate complex requirements into actionable user stories that advance development, connect stakeholder needs with technical feasibility, coordinate knowledge sharing between stakeholders and teams, and act as the interface with customers to ensure clear two-way communication when needed.

• Actively participate in the Scrum team and support successful implementation.
• Perform functional testing of user stories to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
• Maintain clean, understandable documentation that adds real value for the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; no specific academic background is required.
• Experience in agile software development and product thinking.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, log analysis, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong German and English communication skills.
• Logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a structured, conscientious, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to take responsibility, resilience, and strong teamwork.
