Senior C2C Collections Process Expert

Job Description

Role based in the BSv organisation. Leveraging deepening knowledge of Collections, the Collections Process Experts participate in or lead the achievement of service levels, key measurement targets of the team, and deliver a high-quality and cost-effective service that drives compelling business outcomes.

They ensure the delivery of customer-focused and compliant services through the adoption of frictionless finance practices, processes, technologies, and methodologies that drive innovation and process improvements. Their domain expertise means they are responsible for chasing outstanding invoices from customers of Capgemini's clients.
