Lead and coordinate the commercial planning process in the region.

• Ensure alignment of the financial plan with the strategy and goals agreed with the DR.
• Promote achievement of targets at the different levels of the Zone.
• Ensure compliance with the company's financial policies and procedures in the Zone.
• Promote improved profitability in the Zone.
• Ensure execution of commercial practices in the Zone.
• Manage improvements to accounting and control processes in the Zone.
